Godaddy Seizes Websites, We Fight Back

October 26th, 2011

Your days of buying medication online or being an affiliate for an online pharmacy may be numbered. We are making every effort to continue providing excellent services regardless of Godaddy.com’s unfounded hostel actions against online pharmacy websites.

Recently, We were made aware that Godaddy had seized and suspended one our pharmacy website names resulting in the website going down for several weeks because of it. What they did was not legal and completely unethical in our opinion. This article is intended to update you about what happened..

Appearently Godaddy, which happens to be one of the world’s largest domain name providers is making an effort to seize online pharmacy names without a court order. This is highly illegal, but what are we to do about it?

Granted there are many illegal online pharmacies operating on the internet, but I do not believe it to be ethical or legal for Godaddy to shut them down without any evidence or proof that the website in question is an illegal online pharmacy.

Regardless, I was able to recover our domain name and move it to a more responsible domain provider and get our website back online right away.

Also, in response to Godaddy’s action of seizing and suspending our name (and also charging us an extortion fee to get it back) without any merit or legal right to do so, we are letting our customers and affiliates know what happened. If you want more details or specific information, please contact us with any questions you might have.

Because of this recent inconvenience to you, we have lowered the prices on several hundred of our medications by 50% or more in some cases.

I believe that as more and more online pharmacies start getting shut down, your ability to buy medication online will become more difficult and your prices will go up. If you value your ability to choose where you buy your medication and you want your prices kept low (instead of being forced to used “Government Approved Pharmacy Websites”), then you may want to either stock up while you still can or subscribe to our mailing list so that we can keep you updated as new developments happen.

Basically, thousands of online pharmacies are being shut down since 2008:

And it isn’t just Pharmacy Sites getting shut down… Online Gambling Websites are also in the cross hairs of the US Government. Apparently if you start messing around with big Pharmacy Companies and Government Sanctioned Casinos, its’ just a matter of time before the US Government starts passing laws to restrict your ability to choose. They of course do this under the guise of “protecting the consumer”. but we all know the real truth in that its all about the money supply of their campaign donors and they don’t like the competition.

In 2009, the State of Kentucky seized 141 online gambling websites. Earlier this year, the US Justice Department Arrested 3 people have warrants for the other 11 people running 3 major online gambling websites as well as seized their names, websites, databases, assets & money. If you think I’m joking, just google it. .

So, in closing, Gambling Websites, Pharmacy Websites and perhaps anything else the Government deems “unsafe”, can expect to be shut down all over the USA in the next few months. You may want to either stock up now while you still can, or else stay tuned for more madness as it is made known to me.

You’ll be happy to know that we are not an illegal online pharmacy. Our medications are FDA approved and orders are reviewed by real physicians.

Tramadol Ingredients Get Reclassified

October 26th, 2011

This is an older message that has been carried over to our new Pharmacy News Platform here.

As of April 27, 2011, The chemicals used to make Tramadol have been reclassified by the DEA (the United States Drug Enforcement Agency) resulting in stock shortages at the wholesale level.  We will continue to sell this top selling medication however we are reviewing prices and may need to increase prices to reflect this issue .

Tramadol has NOT become a controlled substance, but the DEA has however made it more difficult for Wholesalers to supply sufficient stocks to Pharmacies nationwide.  The Pharmacies as a result, have increased their prices for this drug and those increases will need to be passed on to customers.  Currently we are absorbing the extra costs related to this issue.

As of May 2011, FEDEX will no longer be shipping online pharmacy orders. Letters have been sent by FEDEX to all pharmacies shipping online orders requiring VIPPS certification. After May 2011 we will ship orders using a mixture of couriers including UPS and FEDEX as not all pharmacies within our network have VIPPS certification.
